At the end of 2014, Fujiken HimlamBC Co., Ltd. (a joint venture between LuongHoaTien Investment JSC and Fujiken Japan Ltd.) started to implement a high-end villa project at the Tu Dinh residential area project in Long Bien district, Hanoi City (now known as Long Bien Apartment – Service – Education – Entertainment).

With the aim to provide fully Japanese standards villas, we have applied all the standards in the Japanese construction industry in the process of implementing this project, paying special attention to the application of these techniques such as waterproofing, moisture proofing, and mold protection, etc. This high-end villa project was open for sale in November 2017 with an offer price of $ 1.5 million per unit.

Fujiken Co., Ltd. is a Japanese business operating in real estate investment, hotel business, resort, nursing home, golf training ground. Fujiken’s annual revenue is about 150 million dollars.

With the desire to provide quality Japanese houses to Vietnamese customers. Fujiken Co. Ltd has combined with LuongHoaTien (LHT). JSC into a joint venture company in Hanoi in February 2015 to implement the project.
